First time I came, I made the order, got half my food at the window and they shut it and walked away. Came back and said is something wrong? So that was fixed. Food was fine, but my girlfriends blizzard was melting by the time I got mine.
Second time around we all ordered blizzards. 3 in total. Once again, it was a 30 minute wait with only two cars ahead of me. They still managed to mess up the order, I ordered 1 royal brownie blizzard, 1 chocolate chip cookie dough, and 1 Reese's blizzard. All was fine until I got the Royal Oreo. Ordering system needs fixed, and staff needs retrained.
